Gregg Huffman Coaching is a life coaching practice operated as a d/b/a of Total Service Solutions, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you call or text our coaching number (269) 788-0380 and how we handle it.
What We Collect
When you contact us about coaching, we collect what you give us: your name, your phone number, and whatever you tell us about what you're looking for. If you call and leave a voicemail, we keep a written transcript of your message so we can follow up.
How We Use It
We use your information for one thing: responding to you and coordinating your coaching. That means replying to your call or text, scheduling your clarity call or session, sending your private booking link, and following up. We do not use your information for advertising.
Text Messaging
If you call or text our coaching number, we may text you back — for example, to let you know we got your voicemail, to schedule your call, or to send your booking link. You are only ever texted because you contacted us first.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your text messaging consent stay with us, period.

Confidentiality
What you share in coaching is treated as private. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. The only sharing that happens is with the service providers we use to run our phones, messages, and scheduling, each acting on our behalf to deliver your calls and texts.

How Long We Keep It
We keep contact and scheduling information only as long as we need it to work with you and keep a record of it. If you want your information removed, call or text us and we will take care of it.
