Gregg Huffman Coaching is a life coaching practice operated as a d/b/a of Total Service Solutions, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. These terms cover our customer care text messaging — the texts we exchange with you to schedule and coordinate your coaching.
The Messaging Program
When you call our coaching number and we miss you, we may send a text acknowledging your voicemail. When you text us directly with a question or to book a clarity call, we reply to schedule and coordinate. That is the whole program: customer care messages about your own inquiry, nothing else. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How You Opt In
You opt in by contacting us first — calling (269) 788-0380 and leaving a voicemail, or texting that number with a question or a request to book. We only message people who have reached out to us.
Message Frequency And Rates
- Message frequency varies by conversation.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out And Getting Help
Text STOP at any time to opt out — you will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing more. Text HELP for help, or just call or text us at the number below.
About Coaching
Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it is not a substitute for them. If you are in crisis or need medical or mental health treatment, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
Privacy
How we handle your information is covered in our Coaching Privacy Policy. The short version: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
