Total Service Solutions is a handyman service serving Battle Creek, Michigan and the surrounding area. These terms cover our customer care text messaging — the texts we exchange with you to schedule and coordinate your work.
The Messaging Program
When you call our business number and we miss you, we may send a text acknowledging your voicemail. When you text us directly with a job request, we reply to schedule and coordinate the work. That is the whole program: customer care messages about your jobs, nothing else.
How You Opt In
You opt in by contacting us first — calling (269) 883-1213 and leaving a voicemail, or texting that number with a service request. We only message people who have reached out to us.
Message Frequency And Rates
- Message frequency varies depending on your job and how much coordinating it takes.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier about your plan.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out And Getting Help
Text STOP at any time to opt out — you will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and nothing more. Text HELP for help, or just call or text us at the number below.
